Probiotic Berry SmoothieWhat’s in it?

  • One banana
  • A handful of frozen berries
  • One carrot
  • One stick of celery
  • An inch of ginger
  • A small bunch of tarragon
  • 3 tbsp low-fat probiotic yoghurt
  • Water

How was it?

Probiotic Berry SmoothieVirtuous… a little tart!  Like you know it’s doing you good but you involuntarily pull a bit of a face every time you have a sip.  I think it was due to too many of the frozen berries bringing out the sharpness of the yoghurt too.  I would try it again with a different fruit or perhaps a spoon of Manuka honey.

It definitely disguised the taste of the antibiotics though!  And I’m sure it’s doing wonders to help out my good bacteria and all that…
