- A handful of black grapes (skin on)
- An inch of lemongrass
How was it?
Having some leftover raspberries from a bake in the fridge, I chucked them into this little number. The vibrant colours not only look very attractive, but are also very good for you (or so I’m told).
This was a lovely balance between sweet and sharp, though it did contain lots of raspberry seeds (unsurprisingly!). Most of these sank to the bottom and were therefore easy to avoid. I suppose you could strain it if you were less lazy than me!
